Tara Herbs will normally dispatch items within 3 days of receiving your order. We will advise you by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 21 days for receiving international orders as the speed of international postal services is beyond our control. Many customers will receive their order in a much shorter period of time.
At present, we only ship orders weighing 4.41lb (2kg) or less. If the combined weight of your purchases exceeds this, please contact us prior to payment via our Contact Us Page and we will advise the most economical shipping method.
Please refer to our Shipping Charts for our current postage rates. Our website currently displays weight in lbs (pounds), but our charts will give you the kg (kilogram) equivalent.
Returns Policy: If any of our items are unsuitable, you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they have not been opened or used. However, return postage is payable by the customer (unless the error was down to Tara Herbs) and any exchanges would need to be covered by the appropriate return postage charge.
